Texoma Community Credit Union Hosts Grand Opening of New Downtown Branch
Celebration and Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony Set For February 19
Wichita Falls, TX (February 7, 2019) – Texoma Community Credit Union (TCCU) will host a Grand Opening of its new Downtown Branch on Tuesday, February 19, 2019. Refreshments will be served starting at 8:30 am, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony to follow at 9:00 am. From 9:00 am until the branch closes at 5:00 pm, members of the credit union, and the community are invited to stop by for an open house, refreshments, and giveaways.
Located at 807 8th Street, in the historic City National Building, TCCU’s third location features new technologies that allow for a small footprint but a big impact on customer service.
“Our new design concept at this branch allows us to move freely in the space to better assist our members,” said Rikki Case, Senior Relationship Banker at the new location. “Whomever greets you at the door will be with you from the start to the finish of your visit, creating a seamless member experience that means less need to repeat requests, quicker service when needed, and more time spent building relationships and identifying and meeting needs.”
The new Downtown branch is also home to TCCU’s new Commercial Loan Department, and Commercial Loan Manager, Randy Brewster.
“We are excited to expand our services and offering to our business members with the opening of this new location,” said Brewster. “Our goal was to meet current and potential members where they are – both physically by choosing to be at the center of downtown, and financially – by serving businesses of every size. We aim to serve those that may have been overlooked and undeserved elsewhere.”
TCCU Downtown is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Saturdays from 9:00 am to noon. It currently houses a walk-up ATM on 8th Street that is available 24/7, with plans to expand to drive-thru service at a later date.
