We have received one report of a fraudulent email that appears to come from a TCCU employee, requesting a wire transfer from "TCCU Fraud Prevention Department." If you are ever in doubt on any email you receive that appears to be from us, please give us a call at 940-851-4000 before taking any action.

We will also never reset your username and password unprompted. So if you receive an email saying that it has been reset and you did not request the reset, it's fraudulent. Please give us a call to report the email or communication so that we can continue to keep our membership informed on potential threats.
