Josh Whittiker – Audit Committee

Josh graduated from Midwestern State University with a degree in Business Administration and Accounting. Prior to joining Prothro Blair Financial, Josh worked as a Certified Public Accountant, providing audit, tax, and advisory services for a wide array of clients and most recently, Josh served as a Chief Financial Officer & Controller in the construction industry.
Josh has earned his license to practice as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) through the Texas State Board of Public Accounting (TSBPA) and continues to maintain that license. His background in business and tax planning gives him an insight on the complex problems that individuals and businesses face on a daily basis and how to find the right solutions to those problems.
Josh is an active member of First Presbyterian Church of Wichita Falls, serves as the Treasurer of the North Texas Area United Way, and as a board member of the Wichita Falls Crime Stoppers.
He and his wife, Juliana, live in Wichita Falls and have two daughters. He enjoys cycling, cooking for others, community service, sports, and most importantly, spending time with his loved ones.
Jeff Stambaugh – Advisory Director

Jeff Stambaugh graduated in 1981 with a BS in aeronautical engineering from the US Air Force Academy. He then served 24 years as a fighter pilot, commanding units at various levels and accumulating over 3,000 hours of flight time in the A-10, AT-38, and F-16 aircraft.
After retiring from the Air Force in 2005, Stambaugh began a second career as an academic. Upon completion of his PhD at Texas Tech University in 2008, Stambaugh joined Midwestern State University and built an entrepreneurship program as the Director of the Munir Abdul Lalani Center for Entrepreneurship and Free Enterprise.
In 2015 he became the Director of the new Dillard Center for Energy Management. He also became the dean of the Dillard College of Business Administration in 2017. He teaches entrepreneurship, strategy, and energy courses. He and his wife Jeree have two adult children.
