Early this morning, the ATM at our branch on Sheppard Access Road was broken into. This theft marks the fourth incident in this ring of ATM break-ins around town, so we wanted to take the opportunity to share a few reminders:
Your safety is most important to us.
We want to remind you to be aware of your surroundings when accessing any ATM, not just our ATMs. These recent incidents occurred between 2:00 – 5:00 am, when most members are not accessing our ATMs. However, we encourage you to read our ATM Safety Tips article to protect you, regardless of when and where you visit an ATM.
ATM Safety Tips
Your money is insured and safe.
These incidents are the reason we have insurance, and we want to assure you that your money is safe at TCCU.
Our ATM is out of service.
Our Sheppard ATM will be inaccessible while we await repairs. If you need to get cash out, we invite you to visit our drive thru or stop inside our lobby. You can also visit any local ATM and your ATM fees for out-of-network ATMs will be reimbursed when you meet your rewards qualifications.

At this time we are working actively with our local law enforcement to assist in their investigation in every way we can. We thank you for your membership, your trust, and your patience while we work to get our ATM running again.
