We want our members to be aware that Harbor Freight has recently announced it is investigating a confirmed cyber attack against its credit card processing company.
Texoma Community Credit Union is contacting members who have used their debit card at Harbor Freight in the last 3 months. Our staff is working a list of members who have used their debit card at the store. If you have used your debit card at Harbor Freight and have not yet been contacted please know we are blocking all debit cards used at this retailer. This is for your protection and we take our job to protect your finances very seriously. We are working diligently to order affected members a replacement card. Our response to the attack on Harbor Freight’s payment system is more aggressive than our standard practice due to the significant losses incurred by members and the credit union.
