Biography
Mr. Mansur has been President/CEO of TCCU for 17 years. Mansur has a stellar record of service in the credit union movement, beginning his service in 1982, at GECU in El Paso. He is devoted to TCCU members and loves improving their financial well being. A strong advocate for Credit Unions, Mr. Mansur frequently meets with state and national legislators to share the Credit Union difference. Whether it’s beautifying the property or signing off on a loan, Mansur takes great pride in TCCU and is fully involved in every aspect of the organization.
Mansur and his college sweetheart Violet have been married for 37 years. They have a son who is living in Austin.
In his free time, Mansur enjoys riding his bicycle named Hawk and gardening. He is currently serving as League Director for the Texas Credit Union League representing credit unions in the $50-$100 million asset size. He has previously served on the TCUL governmental affairs committee and chaired the education committee.
Among his many honors, Mansur is a PTA life member, recipient of the Boy Scouts of America Faithful Servant Award, and serves as deacon of Faith Village Church of Christ. He was also named United Way volunteer of the year, has served as president for Leadership Wichita Falls class of 2002 and chaired the Boy Scout Endowment Committee. Mansur holds a Bachelor of Science-Education degree from Lubbock Christian University.
