Biography
Robert C. Russell, Jr. currently serves as Texoma Community Union's Chairman of the Board of Directors. He is a prominent self-employeed attorney who is originally from Archer City, and has lived in Wichita Falls for over twenty years. He is the Board Chair of the local Education Service Center, and enjoys travel and televised sports, particularly his favorites, The Texas Longhorns.
